Pilates for Cyclists
Pilates classes focus on lengthening and aligning the body, building strength, flexibility and lean muscle tone.
This is a mixed level Pilates class. Classes are catered for the clients attending and varies a lot. I love to mix things up and have a light playful style. I have been qualified since 2001 in both mathwork and equipment.

The class is on Monday evenings 18.00 - 19.00
The classes are termly - once a week £11.50 per class paid termly in advance, drop in is available £14.00 at the discretion of the teacher.
