A huge thank you to everyone who completed the Housing Needs Survey. We're told our response rate of 30.6% is very good for this type of survey. Hooray, well done Buckland Dinham!

This survey has been developed following the 2024 Parish Plan findings, specifically that the majority of villagers felt Affordable Housing was needed in Buckland Dinham.

The Parish council were mandated by these findings is to look into Affordable Rural Housing and Rural Exception sites

The Housing Needs Survey is the first step towards establishing what Housing Needs there may be in Buckland Dinham
